This existence is due to competition. Clash of Gamma Rays created this universe, our Solar System thrived to be a part of this galaxy, Earth thrived to be a part of this Solar System, cells thrived to survive on Earth. Talking about humans, we are the most competitive sperm ever released.
But, what we are forgetting is that competition created this universe but cooperation is what handling the whole universe otherwise we could've eaten each other years ago.
In this corporate era, we should know how to use competition and cooperation as an ally.
The best guidelines to use both of them with full potential are:
1) Cooperation:Competition ratio should be 70:30 respectively.
2) If you have got a business idea, share it around.
3) If you have got any successful strategy, start using it on others.
WRONG MINDSET:
Once upon a time there was a Cat known for its great skills. A Tiger was its disciple. Cat taught the Tiger how to kill, how to swim, how to camouflage etc. After years of training, Tiger learnt everything he thought he need to learn and then, Tiger attacked its master that is Cat.
As soon as tiger came close to the Cat, the Cat climbed upon the tree and Tiger roared, "why didn't you taught me that?" The Cat said, "I always knew you were my competition and that's the only reason why I cooperated so that I could know what are your limitations."
What we can learn from this story is that if you will cooperate for example by sharing your ideas then the other person will view your idea according to his own experience and if you think that he will use the idea against you then guess what; an idea takes birth from your experience and no one can steal your experience from you.
